Hello everyone…all of three films have been shown so far on Public Television Idaho and I have had good feedback.   Hopefully they will continue to show them…I am waiting to speak to them about their plans.   In the meantime we are busy getting ready to film a teaser for  the next film THE DAMNED THING to tease some crowd funding from either Indie GoGo or Kickstarter.   And so on we go!

]]> A TALE OF MADNESS AND MURDER

Last week PBS Idaho aired our video BEWARE OF WHAT YOU WISH FOR….it looked great and played well.   This week PBS IDaho will show THE TELL-TALE HEART after MIDSOMMER MURDERS at 9:47pm.    THE TELL-TALE HEART stars Darren Burrows of NORTHERN EXPOSURE and I love him in this part and his gravelly voice.   Darren was a bit nervous about appearing in his favourite author’s story, but he has done an excellent job and we do believe that this man is little “off centre”….not quite there!  You can also watch the film on this web site or buy the DVD.

If you dont get PBS Idaho watch the THE TELL-TALE HEART  online, or better yet buy the DVD!

]]> We hope this is just the beginning….on Thursday May 2nd Public Television Idaho will start to show New Chilling Tales …..all three films on their Channel at 9:46 pm after Midsommer Murders.  It is a perfect spot for us and I am delighted.   We hope to roll this out across all of the Public Television Stations in the US if we can…it will not be for want of trying!  So on goes this project with many more films to come.  We love making them, we have an excellent crew/team in Idaho, who all deserve congratulations for their hard work.    A big thanks from me, Jane Merrow at Lara-Media.com, to PBS Idaho.

]]> Our new chilling tale…THE YELLOW WALLPAPER is online now on YouTube and on this website at last.  I have gone the way of all worlds, caved in and the film is free to view.  BEWARE OF WHAT YOU WISH FOR (THE MONKEY’S PAW) and the THE TELL-TALE HEART  will shortly also be free to view.   I had thought that online viewing was the way to go, that people might pay to see brand new productions online at my website .  Well, in one way I am right, we are all watching films online and as always with the web, pricing is all ….and very difficult.   However free is best and easier.  No-one wants to mess with Pay-Pal etc for a dollar and then of course the video facilitator has to be paid.   That is, unless you’re YouTube.  When I created my first commercial website, I quickly learned that the pricing is the trickiest part of running an online business.  This is largely because the expectation of online is free!
